1. Data controller

The data controller is NOOR ELITE SERVICES, Single-member limited liability company (SARL AU) under Moroccan law, registered office BD Massira, Rue 6 Octobre n° 6, Étage 3, Appt 3, c/o WESTARTUP, Casablanca, Morocco, trade register Casablanca no. 671165, ICE 003689825000030. 2. What we actually collect

This site carries no registration form, no account and no online payment. We collect only the following.

• What you send us. If you write to us at the address above, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include in it.
• Audience measurement. We use the measurement service of our host to know how many people visit which pages. It works without advertising cookies and without cross-site tracking, and produces aggregate statistics rather than individual profiles.
• Technical logs. Our host records the technical data required to deliver and secure the site, including the IP address of the connection.

3. Why we process it

To answer the messages you send us, to operate, secure and maintain the site, to measure its audience in aggregate form, and to comply with our legal obligations. Personal data is never sold, rented or exchanged, and is not used for advertising profiling.

4. Films and the video player

Titles are presented through an embedded player operated by a third party in its privacy-enhanced mode, which limits data collection until you start playback. From the moment you press play, that third party processes data under its own policy and its own responsibility, and may place its own cookies on your device. We receive no individual viewing history from it.

5. Recipients

Data is accessible to the authorised staff of NOOR ELITE SERVICES and to the technical provider hosting the site, Vercel Inc., acting on our instructions. Data may also be disclosed where a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority requires it.

6. Processing outside Morocco

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Consulting this site therefore involves processing outside the Kingdom of Morocco. Such transfers are governed by Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08. We use a host that offers contractual guarantees on the security and confidentiality of the data entrusted to it.

7. Retention

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, where relevant, to preserve evidence of the exchange. Audience measurement data is kept in aggregate form. Technical logs are kept for a short period, for security and diagnosis. Beyond those periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights under Law No. 09-08

Moroccan Law No. 09-08 grants you a right of information, a right of access, a right of rectification, which covers correcting, updating, blocking or erasing data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and a right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of data concerning you.

To exercise these rights, write to cinema@noorcinema.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you for an element allowing us to verify your identity, so as not to disclose the data of a third party. If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may refer the matter to the CNDP, the Moroccan supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.

9. Cookies

Our own audience measurement does not rely on advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The embedded video player may place cookies on your device when you start playback. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to delete them, being aware that this may affect playback.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the site or in applicable law. The date of the last substantive revision appears at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
